Returns

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, the item must:

  • Have all original tags and zip tie attached

  • Be in its original packaging

  • Be free from stains, perfume, or damage

Returns that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Items purchased during clearance or special promotions

  • Products that show signs of use or damage after delivery

Return Process

To initiate a return:

    • Order number

    • Reason for return

    • Photos (if product is defective or incorrect)
